PromptHR’s ESS is extremely easy to use. No need to explain to employees where to go, what to do. Especially in the Leave Module. I simply give the employee their login account and rarely do they come back with a query. As opposed to that I have seen and used one of the majors, where HR needed to spend 2-3 hours with employee teams, explaining them how the ESS works.
